- Coordinate any outside help such as cleaners, painters, landscapers
- Rent furniture and accessories for vacant homes
- Shop for accessories and art (you can later use in your new home!)
- Be there when the rental furniture shows up
- Hang up art and prepare the home for picture perfect photos
Kasia can work a timeline with various groups of people to make sure everything is taken care of before staging the home. This relieves the stress on the homeowner to coordinate everything.
